Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders we can't fulfill; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Product use

Lurelle Natural Rodent Deterrent Balls are a scent-based deterrent. Always read and follow the directions on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets, do not ingest, and do not place where pets can chew them. Results vary with the size of the space, airflow and the level of existing activity. A deterrent is a preventive product; it is not a substitute for sealing entry points or for professional pest control where an infestation is established. We make no guarantee that rodents will never enter a treated area.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free. Images may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, images, videos and design belong to Lurelle or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lurelle's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including property damage caused by rodents.
